Your post truly makes sense. In addition to weight loss issues, there are so many other areas as well where people want to change but something stops them.
While we might like to believe it is something to do with the world around us which is holding us back, a great deal of the time it is ourselves in one way or other.
A funny thing is (and maybe this is because the Oscars were last night which made me think this), but even success can be something which stops us as well.
I know, I have gotten in and out of my way so many times over the years. :-)
